How Do We Apply the Program?

1. Start Small:
- Begin by selecting 1 or 2 classrooms or a small school to participate in the pilot program. Focus initially on grades K-5 to create a solid foundation for young learners.
2. Pilot Program:
- Implement a multi-age, student-centered classroom within a traditional school setting. This classroom will serve as a model, showcasing the benefits of personalized learning and flexible teaching methods.
3. Integration:
- Ensure that students in the pilot classroom share the same recess, lunch, and other common activities with their peers. This maintains social integration and allows students to benefit from the broader school community while experiencing a tailored educational approach.
